If accounts are made available, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at talk@newsdailyus.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability
